Membership for this affiliate group is composed of alumni of the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America to continue to promote the principles between Alpha Phi Omega (APO), the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA).
